Refund & Replacement Policy

At AirHeads Subscriptions LLC, we strive to ensure every order arrives correctly and in excellent condition. Because our products are shipped on a recurring subscription basis and are custom-selected to match your HVAC system, all sales are generally final. However, we are committed to making things right when issues occur.

Eligibility for Replacements or Store Credit

You may be eligible for a replacement product or store credit if:

• You received the wrong filter(s)

• Your order was damaged during shipment

• Your package was lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier

To request assistance, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of the expected delivery date and provide any relevant information, including photos of damaged products when applicable.

Replacement Products

If your claim is approved, AirHeads Subscriptions LLC may, at its discretion, provide a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Store Credit

In certain situations, AirHeads Subscriptions LLC may offer store credit toward a future subscription shipment instead of a replacement.

Non-Refundable Purchases

We do not provide refunds for:

• Subscription renewals that have already been processed

• Products that have already shipped

• Incorrect filter selections made by the customer

• Customer changes of mind after an order has shipped

• Normal shipping delays outside of our control

Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not refund charges already processed or orders already shipped.
