Subscription Service

AirHeads Subscriptions LLC provides recurring air filter deliveries based on the shipment frequency selected by the customer.

Available delivery frequencies may include monthly, every two months, or every three months.

Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled by the customer.

Billing

By subscribing, you authorize AirHeads Subscriptions LLC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen delivery schedule.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and payment information.

Cancellation and Pausing

Customers may cancel or pause their subscription at any time through their account or by contacting customer support.

Changes must be made before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Product Information

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct filter size and specifications for their HVAC system.

AirHeads Subscriptions LLC is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect product selections made by the customer.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

AirHeads Subscriptions LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Replacement Policy

Replacement products or store credit may be provided for lost shipments, damaged products, or incorrect orders in accordance with our Refund & Replacement Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AirHeads Subscriptions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected order.

Intellectual Property

All website content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and materials are the property of AirHeads Subscriptions LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
